Job Summary
St Marys Primary School (incorporating Hedgehogs Nursery) are looking for a School Meal Supervisory Assistant who is committed to maintaining the highest standards whilst providing a fun & nurturing environment that will enable our children to flourish. You will be working 5 hours a week 1 hour per day Monday to Friday term time only.
Our lunchtime assistant will help to foster a happy healthy and safe environment during the lunchbreak promoting positive attitudes to conduct and behaviour.
The ideal candidate should be:-
Friendly with good communication skills Motivated and enthusiastic
Able to contribute to positive play experiences Able to help resolve differences in a positive way
Able to support the child in the dining hall and oversee the children on the playground.
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Willing to attend to accidents in the playground in accordance with school procedures and guidelines
Committed to ensuring that high standards of health safety and security are maintained and in accordance with school policies
