The ideal candidate will be able to express ideas clearly provide creative support to team members and collaborate effectively with external freelancers and agencies.
The aspirant will be skilled in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable.

Collaborate with Art Directors to design and adapt banners and visual content for all digital and print experiences including web banners social media newsletters and email marketing. Lead post-production and provide format advice. Elevate design quality and potential by introducing diverse creative ideas and defining clear adaptation principles via Corporate Identity documentation. Contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices and enhancing campaign performance. Drive efficiency by collaborating on workflow streamlining including maintaining master files naming tools and CIs. Bachelors or Masters degree in graphic design communication design visual design or media design 3 years of hands-on experience as designer in a design studio or in-house design department. You have a strong interest in fashion and design and are on the pulse of current fashion social media and contemporary cultural trends. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat) and Figma. Premiere After Effects as well as other relevant design software (AI tools for optimising work) are a plus. General knowledge of Motion Design and capable of delivering high-quality 2D animations. You are a hands-on designer and problem-solver who can independently drive multiple projects deliver on time and translate business objectives into compelling visuals. You possess a proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support teams through creative challenges. Experience in concept development brand identity and a variety of design formats (digital print and event). Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
