Job Description
- End-to-end management of location-specific magazine design and layout processes
- Design of wallpapers posters brochures catalogs magazines roll-ups banners social media visuals and other corporate materials used across the location
- Development of thematic visual sets for special days events and awareness campaigns
- Creation of key visuals logos icon sets and event branding
- Preparation of visuals for digital publications intranet display screens and presentations
- Execution of pre-print checks for all visuals including dimensions colors resolution and formats
- Coordination with printing houses and suppliers resolving potential issues and implementing feedback during the production process
- Ensuring all visual designs comply with Bosch Corporate Identity guidelines
- Safeguarding brand standards across all printed and digital materials
- Monitoring licensed image and font usage and making necessary adjustments
- Development of concept visuals for location-specific projects and events
- Timely preparation of all printed and digital visuals required for events
- Providing visual support for corporate social responsibility projects and special campaigns
- Systematic archiving of all deliverables and working files
Qualifications :
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
- Expertise in layout typography and color theory
- Strong knowledge of pre-print preparation and printing processes
- Creative mindset with the ability to follow and apply visual trends
- Excellent time management multitasking and deadline adherence skills
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Design Graphic Design Visual Communication Design Advertising or a related field
- Preferably prior experience in corporate or agency environments
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in print and digital design projects (including internships/part-time roles)
- Familiarity with Bosch Corporate Identity standards
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
