Translate complex operational questions into structured analytical problems
Develop and apply models to support decision-making in areas such as strategic network design lead time optimization tactical and capacity planning
Analyze large diverse datasets to identify trends simulate scenarios and evaluate trade-offs (cost lead time service level)
Make intelligent assumptions where data is incomplete; ensure robust and practical solutions
Design and build dashboards visualizations and prototype tools to support strategic decisions
Execute deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to support both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
Create and enhance scalable decision-support tools tailored to e-commerce and supply chain needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights
Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications :
University degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research Supply Chain Management Applied Mathematics Data Science or a related field
Proficiency in Python SQL and Excel
Experience in developing models dashboards and decision-support tools for logistics or e-commerce use cases
Solid understanding of analytical methods; interest or experience in optimization simulation or statistical modeling
Familiarity with optimization tools such as Gurobi or CPLEX is a plus
Strong data analysis skills including handling large datasets and drawing actionable insights
Ability to work independently on complex analytical tasks and contribute to cross-functional projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Fluent in English
