About The Opportunity

Were seeking a skilled Revit Technician who wants to put their skills towards supporting theEstimating team to produce exceptional tender proposals.

Working closely with designers suppliers and project teams youll be responsible for:

• Develop and tailor Revit models for cost analysis of architectural stairs.
• Utilise estimating software to manage cost estimates and quote creation.
• Collaborate with project teams designers and suppliers to ensure accurate efficientestimating for architectural stairs in commercial fit-outs.
• Perform detailed cost analysis to support project bidding and supplier estimatesincluding creation of RFIs
• Ensure model accuracy aligns with project specifications and Fabcons highstandards for architectural stairs.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A qualification in building and construction or a related field
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients suppliers and internaldesign/installation teams.
• Experience adapting and developing Revit models specifically for cost planning and coordination
• Proven ability to work independently in Revit at an advanced level with a focus on estimation and fabrication modelling
