Middle Market CLAM
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Market CLAM professional to join a dynamic team. This role involves working closely with producers to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts including construction manufacturing real estate and LROS. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines account management a proactive approach to supporting producers and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model and the potential for remote work for the right candidate.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $95000 annually
- 401(k): a
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers to manage a book of business generating $400000 - $500000 in revenue
- Handle accounts ranging from $10000 to $25000 in revenue with some accounts exceeding $25000
- Provide support for quoting new and renewal business (no independent prospecting required)
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
- Occasionally attend special events such as holiday parties as part of the team
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS 360 software preferred but not required
- Work Environment: Hybrid work model based out of University Place with flexibility for remote work for highly qualified candidates
