Job Summary

Primary Function:

Non-instructional Paraprofessional for I-KAN Schools to supervise students working independently to complete coursework in a positive and safe environment.

Essential Functions:

Supervise students in the classroom.
Respond to individual needs of students and refer them to appropriate I-KAN school staff when necessary.
Communicate collaborate and cooperate effectively with I-KAN Schools staff.
Use appropriate behavior management techniques to maintain a positive climate.

Reports to:

I-KAN Schools Principal

Schedule:

M-F 7:30am - 2:45pm on days when students are present at school

Salary Range: $18-$22 per hour.
