Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to lead application development initiatives. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership offering the opportunity to shape scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies.
As a Technical Manager you will drive the design and delivery of complex software projects lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals. This is a high-impact position ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in and enterprise application architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application development projects
- Architect scalable secure and high-performance enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy and roadmap
- Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams coordinate and work closely with the offshore team.
- Oversee project planning execution and delivery within scope and budget
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and DevOps
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation


Qualifications :

- 8 years of experience in enterprise application development
- Strong expertise in Microsoft stack: Core C# SQL Server
- Proven track record in technical leadership and project management
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Additional Information :

Pay Scale :

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Annual Compensation:

Base - $120 - $135K
