Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Essential/Key Functions:

• Answer phone and email requests work with customer to verify all needed information to prepare correct parts quotes and orders

• Locate parts in our systems and provide ship dates

• Process orders and follow up with customers on the status and ship dates

• Provide customers with accurate actionable information either via telephone or email

• Communicate with our internal Product & Solution Support teams as well as Inside Sales to determine customer needs and escalate issues when they arise

• Tailor sales approaches to customers using results of business analytics including customer purchase patterns machine ownership key customer business needs

• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

• Capture customer information including addresses and phone numbers contact name equipment serial numbers for future follow-up

• Build rapport with customers through friendly engaging communication

• Partner with Sales Service Technical support and all Aftermarket teams to assure we provide the best customer service experience

• Ability to work within Excel Outlook and other internal systems to complete tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or a combination of education and applicable experience required

Must be able to read/write English and Spanish

10%-20% Travel

2 years inside sales experience

Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner

Familiarity with Windows operating systems
