Summary
The Student Records & Enrollment Specialist works within the Office of the Registrar to support the front desk reception area and the incoming telephone calls to respond to all inquiries regarding student records registration and enrollment transcripts and general inquiries at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). This position serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries (written phone email or in-person) for the Office of the Registrar. This position will be responsible for the efficient coordination of the Office of the Registrar and select administrative/clerical duties as determined by the needs of the unit. This position will support Office of the Registrar Operations with student record updates add/drops withdrawals enrollment verifications transcripts and other tasks as needed.

All employees of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) are required to complete training on policies and procedures administered by the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) under the supervision of the Associate Vice Chancellor of Institutional Equity/Title IX Coordinator. A bachelors degree from an accredited institution is required.
Experience in database student records management is preferred.
Experience with various technologies/information systems/computer programs including a student information system MS Office Suite Adobe products is highly desirable.
Experience working with students staff and faculty within a higher education setting is highly desirable.
