Responsibilities:
- Work Location:- Madhapur Hyderabad India
- Work Mode:- Onsite 5 days from Client Office
- Specific Needs:- Candidate with Minimum 6 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process: Conduct job scope meetings develop sourcing strategies and utilize various channels (ATS databases networking sites) to find and engage qualified candidates.
- Evaluate and assess candidates: Conduct phone interviews review qualifications and prepare candidates for interviews. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
- Ensure service excellence: Adhere to compliance standards maintain talent pipelines and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and offer consultative solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Act as a brand ambassador: Deliver exceptional talent while providing timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition providing consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field with minimum 3 years recruiting experience in targeted industries (Power Systems Engines Aerospace Controls Defense Engineering Manufacturing Technical)
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS social media tools) Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition practices with strong communication and negotiation skills
