Job Summary
Job Overview
Assists in creation and validation of the project scope plan and schedules for complex projects; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process roles and responsibilities operational norms compliance).
Essential Functions
Assists in creation and validation of the project scope plan and schedules for complex projects; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process roles and responsibilities operational norms compliance).
Identifies risks to program success and recommends mitigation plans to management.
Manages project delivery process scope and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drives completion of the project and mentors other team members.
Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes.
Drives change by identifying impacts of the project building awareness and support for change within the organization and contributing to development of training.
Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Computer Science a related field or equivalent experience
Req
Eight (8) years of experience in software and/or product development including two (2) years in IT project management Req
Advanced project management education and experience. Req

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
