Job Description
As a Process Engineer you will review and optimize the production processes of stows Ovar plant
Main responsibilities:
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives by optimizing the use of resources
- Monitor and analyze process KPIs (yield throughput downtime etc.) and drive continuous improvement
- Work with Production Logistics and Maintenance teams on the shop floor to execute improvement projects
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures work instructions and process documentation
- Provide technical training and support to Production supervisors and operators
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area
- Previous experience in Production process engineering activities (continuous improvement is a plus)
- Hands-on approach in strict collaboration with Production shopfloor
- Proactive autonomous player with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions
- Solid communication skills able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment
- English fluent both verbal and written
- Resident in Ovar or nearby area
