Job Summary

Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with Automation and Trigger experience to ensure the quality stability and correct execution of automated workflows events and system integrations. This role is responsible for validating that automations and triggers operate as defined preventing failures in critical business processes.

What will you do

Test and validate triggers events and automation workflows across systems.
Create maintain and execute automated tests for automations and integrations.
Validate webhooks APIs payloads responses and business rules.
Identify report and track bugs in automations and triggers.
Ensure the quality and consistency of data processed by automations.
Work closely with Product Engineering and Automation teams.
Define test scenarios test cases and acceptance criteria.
Monitor automations in production environments and support incident resolution.
Document tests workflows failures and QA best practices.

What are we looking for

Proven experience in QA with a strong focus on automation.
Hands-on experience with triggers events and integrations.
Solid knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g. Cypress Playwright Selenium Postman or similar).
Experience with REST APIs webhooks and payload validation.
Knowledge of automation/workflow tools (e.g. Make Zapier n8n or equivalent).
Ability to analyze logs and identify failures in automated workflows.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline testing (nice to have).
