Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support the execution of industrial automation projects in collaboration with our client. This role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams suppliers and the client. The ideal candidate will have experience managing automation projects strong communication skills and the ability to drive tasks to completion in a dynamic technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Project Manager in planning execution and monitoring of automation projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering installation and commissioning personnel
- Maintain direct communication with the client to track progress gather feedback and manage expectations
- Assist in scheduling resource allocation and milestone tracking
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and action plans
- Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and client requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely execution
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechatronics Industrial or related field)
- 24 years of experience in project management within automation robotics or industrial systems
- Familiarity with automation technologies (PLCs robotics control systems)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Excel Gantt charts)
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (PMP Scrum or similar)
- Experience working with automation platforms
- Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety protocols
