Were looking for a Paid Media Manager to strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Meta (Facebook/Instagram) YouTube and other platforms.
In this role youll take the lead on client accounts from day one planning omni-channel media strategies managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for growth.
This is a client-facing role so we need someone with professional fluency in English and the confidence to present insights to stakeholders. Youll work closely with our account leads and creative teams to deliver outstanding ROI for our e-commerce clients. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Forecast outcomes and set KPIs for each campaign.
Campaign Management: Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end. Optimize bids audiences creative and placements to achieve ROAS/CPA goals. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
Creative Strategy: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to shape ad creative that aligns with performance goals. Provide feedback on messaging visuals and ad formats based on platform best practices and campaign data.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign data from Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and other tools. Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary contact for all paid media matters. Lead regular performance calls present reports and explain complex data in a client-friendly way.
Growth & Innovation: Proactively identify new paid channels campaign types and testing opportunities. Stay up to date on platform updates and media trends.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 3 years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (agency or in-house). Strong track record in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and e-commerce tracking. Comfortable working with budgets across multiple platforms.
Analytical Ability: Data-driven decision maker. Strong with Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting. Experience with attribution and funnel reporting.
Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken). Client-facing experience required. Confident in presenting to stakeholders.
Work Style: Self-starter who thrives in a remote asynchronous environment. Able to juggle multiple accounts and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager Data Studio Shopify Klaviyo or performance creative workflows.
