Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Google Workspace Deployment/ Support this role you will be responsible for implementing managing and supporting Google Workspace solutions for our organization and clients.
- Plan execute and manage Google Workspace deployments and migrations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications and services
- Develop and implement best practices for Google Workspace administration and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Google Workspace with existing IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain documentation for Google Workspace processes and procedures
- Conduct user training sessions and create educational materials on Google Workspace features
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and updates
- Assist in developing automation scripts and integrations using APIs to enhance workflow efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Google Workspace Administrator certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hiring
- 3 years of experience in IT support system administration or similar role
- Proven experience with Google Workspace deployment migration and administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies and IT infrastructure
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with API integration and automation
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with change management and user training is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial
