Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
- Plan the effective management of daily operations.
- Organize the receiving shelving picking and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
- Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.
Salary range: $73000 - $90000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need among other things:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
- Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
- Safety oriented
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Shipping Receiving picking Inventory Control and Loss prevention.
- Assets:
- Forklift certified
- First aid
- Able to work different shifts including some holidays.
