Job Summary

 

  • Provide clinical nurse leadership and direction ensuring patient care meets professional nursing standards and organizational policies
  • Manage staffing levels conduct performance evaluations and participate in orientation of new staff
  • Perform supervisory visits and case reviews to maintain quality of care and appropriate service frequency
  • Collaborate with patients and nursing team to identify health care needs strengths and goals
  • Act as a professional role model and mentor demonstrating clinical expertise and ongoing professional development

Qualifications :

  • Current CNO registration as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing degree preferred
  • Valid G drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor/Manager preferably in a community setting
  • Solid knowledge of the principles practices and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients
  • Current CPR certification
