Job Summary
Our Health Services business is seeking an experienced Mental Health RN to work onsite with one of our key clients in Carlton providing face-to-face support to individuals seeking mental health assistance.
While youll provide in-person support clients also have the option to connect with our telehealth counselling team as part of our extended service - so you will have a supportive team around you.
Working Monday to Friday 7:00 am 3:00 pm your day will be varied and impactful. We offer flexible work options with up to 2 days work from home.
You will:
- Conduct initial mental health assessments.
- De-escalate clients in distress and provide appropriate referrals.
- Schedule counselling appointments in coordination with our Intake Nurse.
- Maintain clear professional documentation of all interactions.
- Provide clients with information on available services and how to access them.
- Collaborate with counsellors and management for higher-level care needs.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve service delivery.

This unique opportunity suits an AHPRA registered Mental Health RN comfortable to assess risk offer timely referrals and communicate with empathy will directly impact client outcomes. Further training or experience in crisis intervention or suicide prevention would be highly regarded.
