We are seeking a talented Front Office IT Support Analyst to join our Global Markets Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial products and workflows with a passion for supporting traders and enhancing critical trading applications. As a member of our team you will work directly with trading desks and IT teams providing first-line support on trade execution booking pricing P&L and risk management systems. You will have the chance to contribute to system enhancements troubleshoot production issues in real-time and ensure smooth operations on the trading floor.
Role and responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 functional and technical support for Front Office trading applications across Equity Credit Rates FX and Commodities.
- Respond to trader inquiries resolve incidents quickly and escalate issues where needed.
- Build strong relationships with trading desks and act as the first point of contact for system issues.
- Gather and document business requirements for new features and system enhancements.
- Perform functional testing of new releases bug fixes and system updates.
- Liaise with IT Development teams locally and globally to ensure timely delivery of fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance to proactively identify and address issues impacting user experience.
- Provide status updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and management.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Support Analyst in a Front Office trading environment (Equities Credit Rates FX or Commodities).
- Strong knowledge of financial products and trade workflows: derivatives structured products repos TRS bonds CLOs etc.
- Hands-on experience with trading systems (Fidessa Markitwire Sophis Dash or similar) and knowledge of P&L and risk management tools.
- Ability to perform functional testing (UAT regression bug fixes) and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of SQL and ability to perform data analysis (queries joins troubleshooting).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with traders and front-office stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-pressure fast-paced trading floor environment.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies is a plus.
