ROLE SUMMARY
Delilah Miami is searching for an Assistant General Manager to assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment for all staff while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining be organized and doesnt mind wearing multiple hats.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
- Support restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory.
- Manage staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards.
- Provide support to General Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a full-service high-volume dining establishment.
- Must have FL Manager Food Handlers Card
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.
- Strong knowledge of front and back house operations.
- Great decision making and organizational skills.
- Upbeat and energetic attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Attentive to detail.
