Were hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations in Thatcher. This role is ideal for candidates with proven people-management customer service or team leadership experience who want to grow into full property management responsibility. Property management experience is a plus but people skills are non-negotiable.

What Youll Do
- Manage daily communication with tenants owners vendors and internal team members
- Handle tenant concerns complaints and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidence
- Set expectations follow up and hold people accountable (tenants and vendors)
- Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor schedules and performance
- Support leasing rent collection and administrative property management tasks
- Help enforce property policies and procedures consistently and fairly
- Assist with inspections reporting and operational oversight
- Learn budgeting financial reporting and property management systems
What Were Looking For
- Strong people management and communication skills (required)
- Experience managing customers teams or client relationships
- Ability to lead conversations de-escalate issues and make sound decisions
- Organized detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced property management environment
- Customer service leadership hospitality or administrative experience required
- Willingness to obtain an Arizona Real Estate License
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
