The Role

The Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to their successful onboarding. This role bridges Talent Acquisition HR and Operations by managing pre-employment requirements coordinating with stakeholders and delivering a positive new-hire experience.

What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires including documentation background checks orientation scheduling and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all pre-employment processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires addressing questions and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to transition candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Track onboarding metrics (time-to-onboard completion rates compliance gaps) and report regularly to the Recruitment and HR teams.
  • Maintain organized candidate files and ensure proper data entry in HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Ensure that all new hire documentation complies with legal regulatory and company standards.
  • Partner with HR to process government remittances benefits enrollment and employment contracts.
  • Monitor onboarding checklists and escalate delays or discrepancies.

What We Expect From You:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment coordination HR administration or onboarding support.
  • Familiarity with HRIS ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
