Essential Job Functions:Assist in audit and compliance activities working closely with senior team basic audit procedures tests and reviews under to the preparation of audit workpapers and with colleagues on audit-related tasks and a foundational understanding of audit and compliance basic risk assessments and control in discussions with business units to gain insights into processes and input on basic process improvement initiatives.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 4 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role in audit and complianceProficiency in financial analysis risk assessment and compliance processesA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in Finance Accounting or a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
