Were looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and lead complex cross-functional projects that directly impact how Mews scales. This role goes beyond day-to-day admin work: youll guide integrations oversee data governance mentor junior admins and serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
As part of our Business Operations CRM team youll work across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and CPQ to ensure Mews has the right tools data and processes in place. Youll collaborate with functional leaders project teams and subject matter experts to make Salesforce a true enabler of growth.
Your mission should you choose to accept it
- Lead the administration and maintenance of Salesforce making independent technical decisions
- Drive and manage midsized cross-functional projects (e.g. Opportunity Stages revamp) from scoping to delivery
- Oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems working alongside developers where needed
- Champion data governance ensuring accuracy security and quality across the platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business processes and design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Mentor and peer-review junior admins raising the bar for the whole team
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve deployment conflicts when they arise
- Contribute to Salesforce architecture discussions and help shape its future roadmap at Mews
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you
- Extensive Salesforce administration experience with proven delivery of complex projects
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (additional Sales/Service/Experience Cloud or CPQ certifications a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of system integrations data flows and cross-functional dependencies
- Ability to design and build complex flows validation rules and declarative solutions at scale
- Project management skills: comfortable leading multi-week cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; you can translate technical solutions simply
- Experience mentoring and reviewing junior team members work
- Curious proactive mindset: you document thoroughly challenge requirements constructively and propose better ways of working
