About the job:
Based in Brussels Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATOs Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Brussels which is the leading provider of Communications and Information System (CIS) products and services to locally based NATO entities. CSU Brussels enables end-to-end CIS services and manages critical technological capabilities during peacetime crisis and war.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Chief Technician (IT Change Management) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
Carries out risk management activities within a specific function technical area or project of medium complexity.
Uses standard techniques to elicit specify and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.
Proposes and agrees the configuration items (CIs) to be uniquely identified with naming conventions.
Assesses analyses develops documents and implements changes based on requests for change.
Summarizes the overall process for developing new software for the company product line.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience.
2 years of practical experience in managing change request from initiation to closure while engaging with relevant process owners and stakeholders.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
