We are looking for an experiencedFunctional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Consultantwith57 years of experience preferably in a consulting environment. You will play a key role in designing implementing andoptimizingend-to-end supply chain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business stakeholders project managers and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and value-driven D365 SCM solutions.
Your impact
As a Functional Microsoft D365 SCM Consultantyoullmake an impact by:
Leading and contributing to thefunctional design configuration and implementationof D365 Supply Chain Management modules including Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Warehouse Management Production Master Planning and Logistics.
Analyzingbusiness processes and requirementsidentifyinggaps and translating them intofunctional designs user stories and solution blueprints.
Leading andfacilitatingworkshopswith key users and stakeholders (fit/gap process design validation and training sessions).
Advising clients onbest practices and standard D365 functionality ensuring minimal customization and future-proof solutions.
Collaborating closely withtechnical consultants and developersto ensure correct implementation of functional requirements.
Supportingtesting activities(SIT UAT) including test scenario definition execution support and issue resolution.
Providingend-user training documentation and change supportto ensure successful adoption.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients contributing tocontinuous improvement roadmap definition and optimizationinitiatives.
Supporting pre-sales activities where needed includingsolution demos estimations and proposal input.
About you
You have 57 years of hands-on experiencewith Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or AX 2012 / Dynamics AX).
You have strong functional knowledge of one or more SCM domains: procurement inventory warehousing manufacturing planning orlogistics.
Consulting experienceis strongly preferred.
You have proven experience inleading workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders.
You have experience working inend-to-end ERP implementations from analysis through go-live and post-go-live support.
You obtained a Bachelors orMasters degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering IT or a related field.
Microsoft D365 certifications are a strong asset.
You have excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
You have stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities.
You are able to translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions.
You are a team playerwith the ability to work independently and take ownership.
You have strong facilitation skills; comfortable leading workshops and steering discussions.
You are structured detail-oriented and quality-driven.
You are fluent in English (additionallanguages are a plus).
