An Interim and a Permanent position as Director of Nursing Services (DNS) for a small Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in a small town in scenic Okanogan County Washington is now open for your consideration.

What is needed for this position:

Active Washington RN license.
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a SNF DNS or Assistant ADNS
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations per budgeted guidelines
Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents families staff and the surrounding community
