Rate: $28.05/Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Securitas is seeking a reliable experienced and proactive Utility Operations Specialist to oversee and support day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent service delivery by providing coverage supervision training and support to security officers. What Your Day May Look Like

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites including supervision of subordinate officers.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the clients premises in various weather conditions.
• Perform access control at secured entrances / exits ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted on site.
• Meet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Conduct equipment audits and identify safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid WA State drivers license and clear driving record required.
• At least 1 year customer service and 1 year security experience required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be reliable accountable punctual and have a strong work ethic.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning organizing and leadership skills.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
