12 years of experience in business development brand partnerships or alliances (preferably in D2C media or consumer industries).
Strong network and connections within the D2C / Consumer Brand ecosystem.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Strategic Brand Onboarding & Revenue Generation:
Identify pitch and successfully onboard high-potential D2C lifestyle and high-growth consumer brands to establish profitable co-branded partnership initiatives.
Focus relentlessly on driving new business development and creating direct revenue streams through strategic brand alliances.
Driving High-Impact Collaborations:
Lead the development and execution of strategic collaborations designed for mutual revenue growth maximum campaign amplification and elevated customer acquisition and engagement.
End-to-End Partnership Management:
Manage the full business development cycle from targeted lead generation and pipeline management to creating compelling proposals conducting complex negotiations and finalizing partnership agreements (closing deals).
Cross-Functional Execution & ROI Measurement:
Serve as the primary liaison coordinating with internal marketing product and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of partnership campaigns and meticulous measurement of (ROI) and campaign success metrics.
Pipeline & Relationship Management:
Proactively maintain a robust partner pipeline (CRM management) and champion ongoing relationship management and regular follow-ups to foster long-term high-value brand loyalty.
Market Intelligence & Innovation:
Actively track and report on emerging consumer brands market trends and new partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in business development.
Experience & Network:
1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development Brand Partnerships or Strategic Alliances with a strong preference for experience in the D2C media or high-growth consumer industries.
Existing strong network and connections within the D2C / Consumer Brand ecosystem is a significant advantage.
