About the Role

As Venue Manager youll be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring the front-of-house and bar team to deliver a truly exceptional guest experience night after night.
Overseeing financials budgets cost controls and reporting to ensure a profitable and sustainable venue.
Developing and executing a standout drinks program in collaboration with the Bar Manager.
Managing programming of live music DJs and events working closely with our partners including the Sydney Theatre Company.
Driving recruitment training team culture and retention creating a workplace people love.
Ensuring compliance across liquor licensing WHS food safety and workplace legislation.
Collaborating closely with the F&B Operations Manager and contributing to the larger strategy of our hospitality group.
