About the Role
The Sr. Field Marketing Manager EMEA will be key in designing building and supporting our event-led GTM vision for the EMEA region. This individual will lead regional field and partner marketing strategies as well as 1 team member to grow pipeline accelerate deals and support revenue growth.
What Youll Do
- Contribute to the development and execution of our event-led GTM strategy in EMEA covering heavily in UK&I DACH Nordics & France.
- Partner with EMEA sales and partner teams to deliver pipeline and opportunity generation goals.
- Manage pre- and post-event strategy including account targeting direct mail and email follow-ups to enhance ROI.
- Track and measure all activities in HubSpot and SFDC ensuring transparency in pipeline influence.
- Partner with Sales & Customer teams to create executive-level in-person and virtual experiences that support outbound success.
- Support and co-own partner activations (field and virtual) to expand reach and accelerate revenue.
- Serve as the voice of the region advocating for market-specific needs cultural nuances and competitive insights.
- Develop and execute high-impact campaigns tailored for EMEA to generate demand and accelerate opportunities.
- Collaborate with global demand generation to secure case studies and content that highlight APAC customer successes.
- Own budget planning and ROI reporting for all EMEA field marketing initiatives.
What Youll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing experience within a B2B company with a deep understanding of EMEA markets.
- 3 years of direct event management experience across in-person and virtual formats.
- Extensive experience owning budgets and demonstrating ROI.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to flex schedule 2 days per week to align with global team meetings.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Experience working with outbound sales teams for a B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics Intercom SFDC HubSpot and Looker Studio.
- Experience supporting partner co-marketing programs.
- Background in both PLG (Product-Led Growth) and SLG (Sales-Led Growth) sales models.
