Job Title: Provider Integration Specialist
Location: Norwood OH 45212
Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift Schedule: 7 AM3 PM; 7 AM5 PM; or 9 AM6 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Provider Integration Specialist to lead the integration of new providers into the organization. This role involves coordinating with medical staff service line leadership and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and readiness for the providers first day. The Specialist will also manage provider transitions related to location moves additions or departures handling all associated benefits hardware and administrative requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and adept at managing multiple priorities while driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project management and process improvement initiatives to enhance provider onboarding and integration.
Collaborate across departments to streamline functions and implement performance improvements.
Ensure all onboarding and integration steps for newly hired physicians and APPs are completed on time.
Manage integration needs for provider transitions (moves additions departures).
Maintain strong cross-departmental relationships and identify opportunities for workflow enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of process improvement and/or project management experience in healthcare.
Strong knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with advanced performance improvement tools and methods.
Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within scope time and budget.
High levels of initiative professionalism flexibility and integrity.
