A Special Assistant to the Director or Manager is an essential member of our team. The current vacancy is in the Land Development department. ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
THE ROLE
Performs a broad range of highly responsible complex and confidential administrative support and higher-level clerical coordination duties for the Department Director. Handles confidential and/or sensitive information requiring the use of significant discretion. Responsibilities involve a high degree of planning and coordinating activities and may include facilitating administrative processes by serving as a team leader on delegated administrative support matters. Supervise and assign work of the office support staff.
