Role Overview

oladoc is seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial business leader to launch scale and grow new business verticals in the rapidly evolving digital health and health-tech space. This is a zero-to-one leadership role with end-to-end ownership of strategy execution and P&L for high-potential verticals including:

• Chronic Care Programs (e.g. diabetes & hypertension management)

• Nutrition & Wellness Plans

• Mental Health Mindset & Lifestyle Transformation Programs

This opportunity is ideal for a startup builder or business head with proven experience in scaling subscription-based businesses healthcare platforms or consumer internet products.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Define the business model value proposition and go-to-market strategy for new verticals.
• P&L Leadership: Full accountability for revenue growth cost optimization and profitability.
• Zero-to-One Execution: Drive product launches pilot programs rapid iteration and scaling strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product technology marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless execution.
• Team Building: Recruit manage and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Partnership Development: Build strategic alliances with insurance companies telecoms pharma device providers and wellness partners.
• Product & Customer Experience: Shape digital-first patient journeys in collaboration with tech/product teams.
• Growth & Marketing: Lead customer acquisition retention and engagement strategies for subscription-based products.
• Data-Driven Outcomes: Monitor health outcomes customer satisfaction and lifetime value (LTV) to inform growth decisions.

What Were Looking For

• 6-10 years of professional experience with 3 years in leadership roles at high-growth startups health-tech or consumer internet companies.

• Proven success in scaling businesses from concept to growth.

• Strong expertise in P&L management business development partnerships and growth strategy.
• Hands-on experience with subscription models digital health solutions or wellness platforms.
• Comfortable in fast-paced ambiguous startup environments with end-to-end ownership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful outcome-driven and highly adaptable.
• Passionate about healthcare wellness and transforming lives through technology.
