Role Overview

This is a zero-to-one leadership role with end-to-end ownership of strategy execution and P&L for high-potential verticals including:

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define the business model value proposition and go-to-market strategy for new verticals.
- P&L Leadership: Full accountability for revenue growth cost optimization and profitability.
- Zero-to-One Execution: Drive product launches pilot programs rapid iteration and scaling strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product technology marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless execution.
- Team Building: Recruit manage and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
- Partnership Development: Build strategic alliances with insurance companies telecoms pharma device providers and wellness partners.
- Product & Customer Experience: Shape digital-first patient journeys in collaboration with tech/product teams.
- Growth & Marketing: Lead customer acquisition retention and engagement strategies for subscription-based products.
- Data-Driven Outcomes: Monitor health outcomes customer satisfaction and lifetime value (LTV) to inform growth decisions.
