Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Staff Accountant (Supervisor)
Location: Ayala (will transition to McKinley Taguig)
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set Up: Hybrid (once training is completed)
MUST HAVE Skills/Qualifications:
- Accounting graduate (non-negotiable)
- 3 years of experience preferably in BPO
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Data manipulation (large files)
- Journal entries balance sheet GL management reconciliation
- Financial reporting & invoicing
- Accruals & closing support (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Financial analysis
- Can start ASAP
