Job Summary
Job Title: Business Operations Director (Recreational activities)
Salary: $6000 - $7000 USD/month profit shares
Location: Sihanoukville Cambodia
Role Overview
Were looking for a dynamic Business Operations Director to take charge of our diverse portfolio of activities including a driving range island activities such as fishing and maritime ventures and recreational facilities - youll drive performance profitability and team growth.
The successful candidate will eventually adopt responsibility for a 9-hold golf course once complete. Therefore candidates with golf course management experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Lead operations across driving ranges island activities fishing/sea angling and go-karts.

Manage and develop Business Operations team.
Meet and greet prospective investors show them around and ensure theyre taken care of.

Create and enforce SOPs for consistent high-quality delivery.

Train coach and empower staff for top performance.

Oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency and service.

Own the P&L and ensure profitability across all projects.
Requirements
-
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Experienced with golfcourse management.

Strong leadership with proven experience managing multinational teams.

Skilled in strategic planning financial control and driving results.

Track record in meeting commercial and operational goals.
