Job Summary:
Our client is scaling up their cosmetic retail stores and is looking for a hands-on people-smart Retail Operation Lead to make every store feel next-level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee day-to-day operations across all stores.
- Lead coach and train store teams developing talent and motivating performance.
- Ensure store standards (cleanliness stock displays and branding) are consistently high.
- Manage P&L performance sales targets KPIs and overall financial efficiency.
- Conduct marketing research to understand market trends competitors and customer needs.
- Plan and roll out campaigns promotions and visual merchandising with creativity and impact.
- Develop and implement policies SOPs and incentive schemes to strengthen operations.
- Manage HR & Admin tasks related to store staff (recruitment scheduling discipline etc.).
- Monitor and improve customer experiences the benchmark for service excellence.
- Analyze performance reports spot gaps and drive improvements in sales and service.
- Collaborate with HQ teams your insights help shape business strategies.
- Handle problem-solving and decision-making on the spot to keep operations smooth.
- Build structure and efficiency into store operations to support business growth.
Main Requirements:
- 2 years experience in retail operations or store management (beauty cosmetics or fashion preferred).
- Strong leadership skill sable to inspire influence and guide teams.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen (P&L KPIs and structured processes).
- Detail-obsessed organized and always planning two steps ahead.
- Creative mindset able to bring fresh ideas for campaigns merchandising and incentives.
- Excellent communicator who can balance customer staff and management needs.
- Comfortable with tech reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Positive adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
