ENROLLED NURSE SCRUB SCOUT

Sunnybank Private Hospital is seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our perioperative team on a full-time or part time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.

With 120 inpatient Surgical and Medical beds a rehabilitation gym 7 operating theatres 2 procedure rooms a day oncology unit and an ICU Sunnybank Private Hospital has been providing care to our local community for over 40 years and continually embraces the highest quality of holistic patient care.
As an Enrolled Nurse Scrub Scout your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe researched-based standards of nursing care
- Compliance with ACORN standards
- Supervise direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care
- Work collaboratively with all members of the Perioperative team
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
Essential Criteria:
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Working with Children check (if relevant)
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
- Specialty nursing experience (desired)
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills proactive motivated and customer focused
