The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses to support the patients of our Endeavor Ward. This ward primarily specialises in rehabilitation providing care for both inpatient and outpatients. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager Clinical Nurse Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting or aged care.
- Demonstrate the ability to assess plan coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $38.88 - $54.61 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
