To enjoy this role you possess the dedication to play a key role in optimizing ship efficiency reducing fuel consumption and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. You are capable to combine effective data analysis communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into clear recommended actions.

As part of an international team in a truly global organization you will have an excellent opportunity to reporting directly to our Marine Performance Advisory Manager based in Denmark.

This role can be based in one of our offices - either in Mumbai or Pune India

You will collaborate with Hempels customers on a range of topics dedicated to optimizing vessel performance through advanced coatings. Your role will involve enrolling customers in our digital solutions establishing data connections and analysing data from various sourcesincluding vessels satellites environmental monitoring systems and visual inputsto deliver holistic insights and actionable recommendations.

Your ultimate goal is to help our customers improve operational efficiency reduce fuel costs and minimize CO₂ emissions.

Do you have the drive and ambition to help shape a brighter future

  • Analyzing fuel performance data and prepare reports for clients.

  • Delivering customer presentations in a structured manner and support local sales in value selling our high end coatings.

  • Training regional sales offices in hull performance.

  • Supporting customers and sales on a range of new digital solutions being launched during 2024

  • Responsibility for own portfolio of customers for hull performance analysis.

What are we looking for

  • Education in an engineering subject preferably within maritime field or navel architecture

  • 3 to 5years of working experience from shipping industry (MNC experience)

  • Excel and Analytical skills

  • English language proficiency (Fluency - Read/ Write/Speak)

  • Hands on experience of customer interactions / management.
