About the job:

• PM in the traditional sense for projects / services assigned (from Planning to succesful completion)
• PMO / Consulting Operations for:
  • Supporting the Country business monitoring and managing key financial operations including purchase orders invoicing revenue costs with quarterly and annual variance analysis.
  • Supporting the implementation of new tools and methodologies integrating processes and minimising disruption to clients and project teams.
  • Standardise procedures to improve efficiency internal communication and cross-functional collaboration within multicultural environments.
• RMO Function: Centralise resource allocation and profitability control helping on coordinating assignments to Projects helping on getting the utilization target for the team with projects adhered to corporate governance and project standards.

Who you are:

• Proven experience ofleading IT projects
• Proven experience in Services Organizations supporting and improving Consulting process and integrating tools.
• Expert on reporting tools (Microsoft Suite Power BI CRM tools..)
• Strongteam spirit initiativeandcommunication skills
• Fluent Spanish andvery good English skills

It would be optimal if you:

• Have project management certifications
• Have experience on leading PMO/RMO Organizations in Consulting Companies
• Possess IT expertiseinVMware/Broadcom IT infrastructure networks security (or comparable technologies)
