POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager Capital Projects & Infrastructure will lead and deliver a variety ofcapitaland subdivisionprojects. This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with developers municipalities contractors consultants and internal teams to ensureprojectsare executed efficiently on time within budget and in compliance with required standards.
KEY DUTIES
- Manage end-to-end subdivisionprojectsfrom agreements to energization including coordination with various stakeholders including legal developers securities insurance providers and inspectors.
- Leadcapitalprojectsfrom pre-design through to construction including consultant management design review compliance requirements and cost estimation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations Engineering Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate procurement material planning work orders and contractor oversight.
- Support preparation and management of project budgets prepare financial estimates and support long-term planning of future projects
- Troubleshoot field issues and resolve scope changes effectively.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- College diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
- CET . PMP or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-5 years related experience in utility engineering or infrastructure project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Skilled in contract and budget management.
