Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Location: Rockford IL
- Travel: Drive a 25-ft. company box truck (non-CDL) to customer locations
What Youll Do:
As a Vendor Managed Inventory Associate youll play a crucial role in maintaining customer inventory levels and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering stocking counting and re-ordering products at customer sites
- Developing strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
- Managing inventory binders and running quarterly/biannual usage reports
- Participating in weekly meetings with team members and managers
- Coordinating warehouse operations shipping/receiving and order entry
What Were Looking For:
To succeed in this position you should have:
Necessary Skills:
- Strong decision-making ability with a sense of urgency
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years age
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and Class C Non-CDL license
- Comfortable driving in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Bonus: Previous knowledge of hydraulic components is a plus!
