Job Description

Were looking for a Data Center Audit Technician to join our growing team within Global Network Deployment. Scope of work includes physically walking data center floor space to visually identify capture and record data collected. Report audit findings through ticketing systems with clear and concise communication to capacity planning.

A day in the life
Technicians will provide information gathering of our data center floor space to validate system information or rectify system inaccuracies where present.

- High school or equivalent diploma
- 1 years of experience using Windows Mac and/or Linux Operating systems in a corporate setting or relevant education/certifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft office specifically Excel Word and Outlook.
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 6 months of relevant IT experience
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure

- 1 Years working in a data center environment
