Delinger Chiropractic located in Kingsburg California has been providing exceptional chiropractic care for over 15 years under Dr. Jennifer Delinger DC QMI. We are seeking a proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to support our administrative team. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in remote administrative support healthcare office tasks and virtual assistant roles.

Responsibilities

Manage patient scheduling appointment reminders and calendar coordination
Assist with data entry medical records updates and billing support
Respond to patient inquiries via email phone or chat with professionalism and empathy
Support office operations including document management and workflow organization
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
Collaborate with the chiropractic team in a remote work environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
1 year of experience as a virtual assistant administrative assistant or healthcare office support
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote virtual assistant role
