Lead Veterinarian Leadership Opportunity in Florida
A well-established multi-doctor practice in the Brandon FL area is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to guide the medical team and foster a supportive collaborative hospital culture. This position plays a vital role in ensuring excellent patient care maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.
This opportunity is open to experienced veterinarians with proven leadership skills as well as those who aspire to move into a leadership role. Mentorship and guidance are available to help build the next generation of veterinary leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with hospital management to support operations and staffing
- Lead and collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and mentor support staff through training and growth opportunities
- Build connections within the community and strengthen client relationships
- Manage diverse medical cases and surgical procedures
- Maintain compliance with state veterinary requirements and hospital licenses
Qualifications:
- DVM/VMD degree (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE equivalency program)
- Active veterinary license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with optional Pro-Sal and no negative accrual
