Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd Shift Lead Troubleshooter
Direct Hire: Full-Time 2nd Shift 3-11pm Some OT Required

A growing well-respected manufacturer is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to take the lead on 2nd shift. If youre a natural problem-solver who thrives on keeping things running and enjoys being the one others rely on this could be the role for you.

In this hands-on position youll be the primary troubleshooter for electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems help drive preventive maintenance and support cross-training efforts on your shift.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead troubleshooting of equipment and automated systems (PLCs drives pneumatics hydraulics etc.)

  • Perform and enhance preventive maintenance activities

  • Ensure tools inventory and documentation are well maintained

  • Champion workplace safety standards (LOTO Arc Flash etc.)

  • Help train and support technicians and operators

  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams when needed

  • Stay informed on automation trends and emerging technologies

  • Respond to off-shift calls and assist with critical repairs as needed

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Trade certification technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across PLCs schematics and controls

  • Valid drivers license or ability to obtain

  • Proficient with lifts shop equipment and power tools

  • Solid computer and communication skills
