About the role: Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Remote EST Hours)
Eastern U.S. Remote Full-Time

Input 1 is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our outbound efforts and create new opportunities with insurance agents and decision-makers. Youll be the first line of contactsetting the tone opening doors and driving growth.
This is a remote position but you must be based in the Western U.S. or able to work Pacific Time hours.
What Youll Do:
Make 150 outbound calls & send 150 emails weekly
Qualify leads and set 8 meetings per month
Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy
Use tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach
Stay sharp on industry trends & product knowledge
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills proactive attitude
Sales experience (SDR AE inside salesbonus if in insurance)
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus!

To be successful in this role you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns strategic lists and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential clients from first contact until hand-off to Business Development Officers.
